Legal
Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of ShortSave, operated by Osman Abliazizov. By creating an account or using ShortSave, you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to accept these Terms. If you are below the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
2. What ShortSave provides
ShortSave helps you save, organise, search, and summarise links and related information. Features may change as the service develops. Some functions depend on third-party platforms and may become unavailable without notice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, notify us of unauthorised access, and do not create accounts through automated or deceptive means.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of notes and other original content you provide. You give ShortSave a limited, worldwide licence to host, copy, process, and transform that content only as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service. This licence ends when the content is deleted, subject to temporary backups and legal retention.
5. Third-party content and platforms
You are responsible for the links and content you save and must have any rights required for your use. Do not use ShortSave to infringe copyright, privacy, or other rights, or to violate the rules of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or another service. ShortSave is not affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms. Saving a link does not grant ownership or permission to reproduce the linked content.
6. AI features
AI-generated summaries, tags, transcripts, and search results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. Check important information against the original source. AI output is not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
7. Subscriptions and purchases
Some features may require a Premium subscription. The price, billing period, trial terms, and included features are shown before purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account before renewal. Apple or Google processes payment and handles refund requests under its own policies. Deleting ShortSave does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
8. App stores and platform services
If you download ShortSave through Apple or Google, the applicable store terms and licence rules also apply. These Terms govern the ShortSave service and do not replace any mandatory rights or obligations under the store’s standard licence terms. Apple and Google are not responsible for operating or supporting ShortSave except where their own terms or applicable law require otherwise.
9. Acceptable use
You must not misuse ShortSave, access another person’s account, bypass usage or security limits, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, scrape or reverse engineer the service except where the law expressly permits it, or use it for unlawful, harmful, or infringing activity.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using ShortSave and delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, misuse the service, or if we discontinue ShortSave. Where reasonable and lawful, we will provide notice.
11. Availability and warranties
ShortSave is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that the service will always be available, error-free, secure, or compatible with every third-party platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory guarantees or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ShortSave and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for claims relating to paid service will not exceed the amount you paid for ShortSave during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data and forms part of your use of the service.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer, this does not remove mandatory rights or protections provided by the law of your country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes.
15. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as ShortSave evolves. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice where required. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using the service and delete your account. Questions: shortsaveai@gmail.com.
