Delete your account

You can permanently delete your ShortSave account and associated data at any time.

Delete inside the app

  1. Open ShortSave and go to Profile.
  2. Select Delete Account.
  3. Review the warning and confirm deletion.

Your account, saved links, folders, tags, notes, transcripts, AI-generated content, push tokens, import history, and stored thumbnails are then removed from active ShortSave systems. This cannot be undone.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access ShortSave, submit the form below using the email associated with your account. We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting it.

This form opens your email app. The website does not store your message.

Limited retention

Limited residual copies may remain temporarily in encrypted disaster-recovery backups or provider systems until their normal retention cycle completes. We may retain limited information where required by law, fraud prevention, accounting, or the resolution of disputes.
